NEET PG Exam Shift: National Board of Examinations (NBE) has officially released the complete details regarding the NEET PG 2025 session examination.
On 15th June 2025, the NEET PG 2025 will be held. It will be conducted in two shifts, and the mode of exam will be computer-based (online).
Since the NEET Postgraduate information for the upcoming exam is out, candidates and doctors have raised petitions and objections to the two-shift conduct of the examination.

How Many Shifts Will NEET PG 2025 Have?
As per the information bulletin chapter 05, “Scheme of NEET-PG 2025”:
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate examination will be held in a single day. There will be Two examination shifts. The allotment of one of the two shifts will be done by NBEMS.
Aspirants don’t have the option to exercise the choice of shift (Morning or Afternoon) in which they shall be allowed to take the examination. The allotment of the shifts to the candidates will be done by NBEMS purely randomly.

Officially, till now, changes in the NEET PG exam pattern 2025 have not yet been announced. The Supreme Court of India is scheduled to hear the United Doctors’ Front (UDF) petition challenging the two-shift format of the NEET PG 2025 examination on Monday, May 26, 2025.
This petition appeals that conducting NEET PG in multiple shifts could compromise fairness and score validity despite normalization measures.
