Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur

Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya also referred as University of Jabalpur was established in the year of 1956. It is a public university which is approved by University Grants Commission (UGC). This university is also accredited by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) with ‘B’ Grade.

Campus

This university has a spacious campus situated at Saraswati Vihar, Pachpedi, Jabalpur. Jabalpur is the district of the state of Madhya Pradesh. The campus is located three kms away from the Jabalpur Railway Station and 6 kms away from the Old Bus Station.

Facilities

This university houses two hostels separately to provide accommodation facilities for boys and girls students. Hostel rooms are well-furnished and equipped with all the required amenities. It has an advanced computer centre equipped with PCs, latest software and fast internet connectivity. Department of Law, Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya offers UG and PG law courses such as BA. LL.B and LL.M courses. This university gives admission to 80 students in the BA. LL.B course and 30 students in LL.M programme. Admission

Admissions into BA. LL.B and LL.M courses will be done through the entrance exam conducted by the university. Candidates will be shortlisted for admission according to the merit list. The merit list will be drawn as per the marks obtained in the entrance test.
