The institution was set up in year 2003 by the Manage Ram Memorial Charitable Trust. The institution is approved by All India Council for Technical Education and affiliated to Haryana State Board of Technical Education, Panchkula. The mission of the institution is to provide the quality education to the students in the state.

Campus

The campus of the college comprises of various constituted colleges. A double storey administrative block houses administrative offices and library and reading hall. Each department of the individual colleges houses with latest instrumental room. The whole campus of the institution is spreads over 67 acres of land. It has separate buildings for each department which are equipped with all necessary facilities.

Facilities

The South Point Technical Campus, Sonipat has various infrastructural facilities in its campus. The college library subscribes to many International and National journals. The research lab is also available in college for the students of M.Pharma. The others facilities in the campus are computer labs, instrument lab, IT lab, Museum, transportation, hostel, cafeteria, etc.

The institution offers degree courses in the field of Science & Technology in various disciplines. The college offers Diploma and Undergraduate level courses in pharmacy. The pharmacy courses are duly approved by the PCI, New Delhi. The courses offered by the institution are as follows:

The institution has a well established training & Placement cell in its campus. The placement cell has databases of potential employers. It also makes the interaction between the academics and industry. The major objective of the cell is to guide and help students for placement and training during the course of session. The most visited recruiters of the college are Ranbaxy, Abbott, Dalton, Cadila, Cipla etc.
