State exam
The students who are looking for the admission in B.Tech courses of various governments & private colleges of Bangalore, must appear in the entrance exam known as JEE Main 2016. The admission will also done through KCET 2016 & COMEDK UGET 2016.
B.Tech Admission 2016
The Candidates who want to take admission in the private and government engineering university can apply for JEE Main 2016. The application form of JEE Main 2016 has been over now. The application fee could be paid by e-Challan or through online payment. The exam of JEE Main 2016 has been held in April 2016. The application form must be signed by the guardian and parents.
The eligibility criteria of B.Tech courses are mentioned below:
- The candidates must have passed 12th class from state & central board.
- The candidates must have obtained 50% total in 12th class and for reserved category there is 5% relaxation (min. 45%).
- The candidates must have studied Physics, Mathematics in intermediate as compulsory subjects and biology/chemistry/computer science and biotechnology as optional subjects.
- The candidates who are appearing for their 12th exams, are also eligible for the JEE Main 2016 exam.
- The candidates must have qualified JEE Main 2016 exam.

The required documents for B.Tech admission process are mentioned below:

Selection process
The candidates who cleared the examination of JEE Main 2016, can apply for the B.Tech Admission. The selection process for Bangalore B.Tech Admission 2016 will be completed as per the marks achieved in class 12th & JEE Main 2016. The candidates, who are eligible can apply online for counselling process and choose their colleges & courses as per their wishes. The seat allotment will be done on the basis of JEE Main 2016 merit list. The applicants must report the confirmation of document verification and can pay the fee of the admission process by online & offline process. The candidates are suggested to take the print copy of all documents for future reference.
