DU LLB Application Form 2019

Candidates must read the information brochure carefully to fill the DU LLB application form.

  • The candidates can start the application form filling process from the second week of June 2019.
  • Application form can be filled through online mode only.
  • The last date to fill the DU LLB entrance exam application form 2019 will be the fourth week of June 2019.
  • Candidates must provide the details carefully in the application form. Candidates also have to upload the scanned images of photograph and signature.
  • Provide valid mobile number and email Id for future communication.
  • Candidates are advised to keep the printout of the filled-in application form till the admission.

Application Fee:

  • Candidates have to submit the Rs. 500 (for unreserved/OBC category) candidates and Rs. 250 (for SC/ST/PwD category) candidates.
  • The application fee can be paid through online (credit card/debit card/internet banking) or offline (NEFT/Demand Draft) mode.

Eligibility Criteria

To sit in the DU LLB entrance exam, candidates need to fulfill the eligibilities given below.

  • Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have the graduation degree in any stream from DU or any other recognized institution/university.
  • Minimum Marks: Candidates must have minimum of 50% marks (for general), 45% marks (for OBC) & 40% marks (for SC/ST) in their qualifying exam.
  • Relaxation: There is a 5% of relaxation in the qualifying marks for widows/wards of ex-servicemen/serving personal (CW) & Physically Handicapped (PH).
  • Appearing Candidates: Those studying in their final year of graduation can also apply.
  • Age Limit: There is no upper age limit to appear.

DU LLB Entrance Exam Pattern

Here, candidates can check the Delhi University LLB entrance exam 2019 exam pattern.

  • Exam Mode: The exam will be held through offline mode.
  • Type of Questions: Multiple choice questions will be asked in the exam.
  • Exam Duration: The complete exam will be of about 2 hours.
  • Number of Questions: 175 questions will be asked in the paper.
  • Medium of Exam: The exam paper will be published in the English language.
  • Marking Scheme: 4 marks will be awarded for every correct answer.
  • Negative Marking: 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

DU LLB Exam Syllabus

The DU LLB entrance exam syllabus will be comprised of the topics such as General Knowledge & Current Affairs, English Language Comprehension, Reasoning & Analytical Abilities and Legal Awareness and Aptitude. Candidates must go through these topics to gain good marks in the examination.

DU LLB Entrance Admit Card 2019

The DU LLB entrance exam admit card 2019 can be downloaded from the last week of June 2019. The university will release the admit card through online mode.

Candidates must download the admit card to sit in the examination. Without having a valid admit card, candidates will not be permitted to enter in the examination hall.

DU LLB Entrance Exam Answer Key 2019

The university will release the answer key just after the completion of the entrance exam. DU LLB entrance exam answer key will be published in the first week of July 2019. The answer key will publish on the university website candidates can get it online.

Candidates those will appeared in the written exam can verify their questions marked in the exam with the help of answer key. If candidates have any issue regarding official answer key, they can file the objections to the authority. After accepting the objections and verified them, the official authority will release the final answer key.

DU LLB Entrance Exam Result 2019

The university will declare the result through online mode in the second week of July 2019. Candidates can view their results by entering the login credentials.

In the result, candidates can check their overall rank, category rank and marks obtained by them.  Candidates must keep their result sheet till the admission in the university.

The university will also declare the cut off marks at which the candidate will be allotted the seats. The candidates those will reach the cut off marks will be shortlisted for the further counselling rounds.

DU LLB Entrance Exam Counselling 2019

The counselling will be organized through offline mode (university campus). The DU LLB counselling 2019 will be started from the last week of July 2019. The candidates have to attend the counselling on the designated date and time.

Candidates have to submit the counselling fee through online fee portal of the university. The candidates will be called for the counselling as per their category and rank obtained in the exam. The final admission will be offered only after the verification of required documents.
