Admission Procedure

For admission to the management programme (MBA), students must qualify the national level entrance test. Students can also apply for the university level examinations. After qualifying these examinations, students have to appear in the personal interview & group discussion rounds. These rounds are organized by the institutions in which students want to apply to get admission into management course.

Entrance Exams

In Ahmedabad, the institutions can accept CAT 2023-24/ MAT 2024/ XAT 2024/ CMAT 2024/ ATMA 2024/ GMAT 2023-24 scores for admission to the MBA & other management programmes. Some universities also conduct its own admission test for providing admission to its campuses or its affiliated institutions. The university level examinations are IBSAT 2023-24 (ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test), MICAT 2024 (MICA Admission Test), NBSAT 2024 (Narayana Business School) etc.

For admission in IIM, it is mandatory to qualify CAT exam. The cut-off for the same is released by various IIMs, candidates can apply for admission accordingly. The admission is given on the basis of marks scored in the CAT exam and other admission rounds.

MBA Admission 2024

The admission to the MBA course is done only after qualifying the written examination. To appear in the examination, students should fill the application form of that exam. • Students must hold a minimum three-year bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any discipline from any recognized university.
• Students must pass the above examination with minimum 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved category).
• Appearing students can also appear in the examination.

Selection Procedure

Students must pass the any of the above examinations to get admission into management courses. On the basis exams score, students should apply to the respective institution. During form filling, students also have to submit the application fee.

After this process, students are invited for GD/PI (Group Discussion/Personal Interview) session on the basis of application & cut-off for test scores. The final selection is based on valid entrance test score, academic performance, personal interview & work experience.
