JEEP is the popular entrance test of Uttarakhand state which is conducted to provide admission to diploma courses in the fields of Engineering, pharmacy, etc. Admission in groups T, H & G is done directly based on merit list. Every year a large number of students appear in this entrance test.

Uttarakhand Polytechnic (JEEP) 2026 Exam Dates

Candidates should note that the dates mentioned in the above table are tentative and have been mentioned as per the previous year data. As the JEEP 2026 official notification will be available soon and we will update the table with official dates for the upcoming session.

Uttarakhand Polytechnic (JEEP) 2026 Exam Schedule

JEEP 2026 Application Form will be released via online mode & will be available soon for offline mode. The Uttarakhand Polytechnic online application form 2026 will be released in first week of January 2026. Offline applications will be made available in third week of January 2026. For the session 2026, it will be available in first week of February 2026.

Last date to fill application offline will be till 2nd-3rd week of April 2026 and for online it will be till last week of April 2026. Last year till 20th April 2024, offline application were accepted & online till 15th May 2024.

Candidates were allowed to download the JEEP Admit card from fourth week of May 2026. The entrance examination of JEEP 2026 will be conducted in 1st-2nd week of June 2026 for various groups.

After a few hours of examination, the answer key will be released by the various coaching institutions. With the help of answer key, candidates can assume their marks scored in the examination.

Candidates can check the JEEP result & rank list will be released in second week of June 2026. The counselling will begin from the month of July 2026.

It is mandatory for all qualified candidates to participate in the counselling process. The admission is given to candidates after the commencement of examination.

Uttarakhand Polytechnic 2026 Application Form 

Candidates who meets the JEEP 2026 eligibility criteria are the ones who can submit the application form.  Uttarakhand Polytechnic 2026 Application Form will be made available via both online as well as offline mode.

Online application forms will be made available in first week of January – last week of April 2026. The offline application forms will be available in third week of January to 2nd-3rd week of April 2026.

Candidates are required to submit the online and offline both application from before the deadline as once the registration window is closed Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education Roorkee (UBTER) will not accept any requests.

Offline applications can be obtained from any polytechnic state and state aided institutions situated in Uttarakhand by paying the application fee. The offline application form must be sent to following address:

Once application form can be submitted, candidates must proceed to submit the application fee. Application fee can be paid through online mode. The mode of payment includes credit card, debit card, or net banking. General category candidates have to submit Rs. 800/- & reserved category candidates have to submit Rs. 500/-.

Application of candidates will be rejected if they fail to submit the required fees within the allotted time. If you will face issues while paying it is advised to contact the respective bank of appropriate authority for help.
