Unity Law College, Udham Singh Nagar

Unity Law College, Udham Singh Nagar is a famous law college of Uttrakhand. The college was set up in the year of 2008. It is affiliated to the Kumaun University, Nainital. The law courses are approved by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi.

Campus

The campus is located on the National Highway – 74, Opp. Prem Ashram, Kashipur Road, Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar. The college has sprawling campus that is spread over 4.5 acres of land. The college buildings comprise of the academic block, students blocks & administrative blocks.

There is a state-of-the-art computer centre with the facility of internet connection & modern technology. The college has a well-stocked library with a huge collection of books, law reports, projects, Indian & Foreign Journals, Periodicals, law magazines. Admission

The minimum qualification to get admission into BA LLB course is 10+2 or equivalent examination. Students have to complete the graduation degree for admission into the LLB programme from the Kumaun University or any Indian university. Students have to secure at least 45% marks in case of general category & 40% marks in case of the SC/ST category. The admission is based on the merit & marks obtained by the students in the qualifying examination. The college also organizes interviews of all students before admitting eligible students.
