AP EAMCET 2017 Application Form

  • Candidates can apply for this exam via online process only through the official link.
  • The AP EAMCET 2017 Application Form will be released from the first week of February 2017.
  • Application will be available till third week of March 2017.
  • There is not any offline application mode will be available for this exam.
  • Any correction in the application form can be made between first week of April to Second week of April 2017.
  • The fee payment can be made through AP online center or via debit/credit card.

Eligibility Criteria

General Eligibility:

  • Candidates must be an Indian Nationals or PIO (Persons of Indian Origin) or OCI (Overseas Citizen of India).
  • Candidates must belong to Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana.

Eligibility criteria for Engineering, B.Sc, Pharmacy Courses:

  • Students should have passed or appearing in 12th or equivalent exam with physics, chemistry & mathematics subjects.
  • Candidates appearing in final year of Diploma in Engineering are also eligible to apply.

Eligibility for BAMS / BHMS / BNYS Courses:

  • Candidates must have passed or appearing in 10+2 or equivalent exam with chemistry, physics, zoology & botany subjects.
  • The minimum age limit is 17 years as on 31st December of the year of admission and there is no upper age limit.

AP EAMCET Exam Pattern

  • Subjects: The exam pattern will be based on three subjects i.e. chemistry, physics & mathematics.
  • Type: There will be objective type questions.
    • For each question, four options will be given candidates have to mark the right one only.
  • Candidates are required to use only blue/black ball point pen.
  • Mode: The exam will be organized in offline mode (pen & paper based mode).
  • Total Questions: The question paper will contain total 160 questions.
  • -ve Marking: There will be no negative marking for wrong answer.

AP EAMCET Syllabus

The AP EAMCET syllabus will be introduced by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. The syllabus will be designed at the level of 12th or equivalent exam conducted by Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh. The syllabus will be composed of different subjects like physics, chemistry, zoology, botany & mathematics.

FAQ’s (Most Asked Questions)

Answer: The online application will start from the last week of January, 2017.
Answer: Candidates can apply only through online mode, by visiting the official site of AP EAMCET.
Answer: There are various modes of payment of fees. The first mode is through AP Online / e-Seva / Mee Seva centers and the other mode is through Debit Card / Credit Card.
Answer: No, you do not have to upload any certificates. However, ALL the candidates have to submit the Filled In Online Application Form to the Invigilator in the Examination Hall. If the candidate belongs to SC / ST category, then he/she needs to submit a duly attested photocopy of the Caste Certificate to Invigilator in the examination hall along with a copy of the Filled In Application Form too.
Answer: Engineering stream (E)= Rs.250, Agriculture and Medical stream (AM)= Rs.250, Both streams (E & AM)= Rs.500. 
Answer: The candidates are highly expected to be extra careful while filling the ONLINE application form. However, some of the fields (excluding Stream, Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket No., Candidate’s name, Father’s name, Date of Birth, Regional Test Centre and SSC Hall Ticket details) in the Filled In Online Application Form can be edited by the Candidate during a permitted period. Still changes in the excluded fields are to be carried out, then, the candidate has to write a request letter addressing CONVENER or REGIONAL COORDINATOR, EAMCET – 2016 or send an e-mail to [email protected] or contact at 040-23150362 / 040-23150462.

AP EAMCET 2017 Hall Ticket

The AP EAMCET 2017 Hall Ticket will be released by the authority from the third week of April, 2017. The admit card can be download through the official website of AP EAMCET. The hall ticket will contain exam related details such as exam center, exam time & date, candidates name & roll number, etc. It is mandatory to bring the hall ticket at the examination center.

AP EAMCET 2017 Result

The authority will publish the AP EAMCET 2017 Result in the third week of May, 2017. Candidates can check their results by visiting the official portal of AP EAMCET. Candidates are advised to take printouts of the result and keep it safe till the admission process gets completed.

AP EAMCET 2017 Counselling

Candidates will be called for AP EAMCET 2017 Counselling on the basis of ranks secured by the candidates in the rank list. Rank list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the entrance test. The rank card can be downloaded through the official portal of AP EAMCET. Counselling schedule and other details will be posted on the official website. Candidates will get seat allotted on various factors like availability of seats, candidates rank & choices filled by candidates.
