BITSAT 2021 Result

Authority has released BITSAT Result after the commencement of examination. Candidates have to use their login credentials to check their result. Candidates can apply for admission from 10th August 2021.

Students who appear for BITSAT 2021 can check their result in the form of total number of correct & wrong answer.

BITSAT 2021 Cut-Off

Each of the participating institution will release separate BITSAT Cut-ofaccording to the opted stream & candidate’s category. Candidates have to equal or more than cut-off marks to qualify the examination.

Cut-off is based on various factors such as no. of seats availability, candidates score, total number of applied candidates & some other factors.

BITSAT 2021 Admission

BITSAT Admission procedure is held in two rounds. The admit list has been declared on 10th August 2021. On list is prepared for all programmes (except B.Pharma) & other list only for B.Pharma.

Admit list & wait list is released via online mode. The admit list include candidates name who have scored cut-off marks & are selected for counselling. Wait list includes selected candidates who are called for counselling process further.

BITSAT 2021 Application Form

Candidates must go through following details regarding BITSAT Application Form:

  • Candidates can submit the application form via online mode.
  • BITSAT 2021 application form has been made available from 23rd February 2021.
  • The last date to submit application form is till 7th July 2021.
  • Exam conducting authority also provide correction facility from 4th July 2021.
  • While filling application form, candidates must also upload passport size photograph & signature in the prescribed format.
  • Candidates must also provide valid/ working email ID & phone number in the application form for further use.
  • International applicants will also have to follow same application procedure to register for BITSAT.
  • At last, candidates must also take printout of filled in application form for further use.

Application Fee:

  • Candidates can submit the application fee through online or offline mode.
  • Online mode of payment includes credit card, debit card, or net banking.

BITSAT Eligibility Criteria

Candidates are advised to go through following eligibility norms before applying for BITSAT 2021 examination:

For B.Pharma:

  • Qualification: Candidates must qualify 12th or equivalent examination from any recognized board or university.
  • Percentage: Candidates must score minimum 75% marks in all the subjects & 60% in each subject.
  • Mandatory subject: Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, & Biology/ Mathematics with adequate proficiency in English in the qualifying examination.

For First degree program except B.Pharma:

  • Qualification: Candidates must qualify intermediate exam from any recognized board or university to be eligible for the examination.
  • Percentage: He/ She must score at least 75% marks in all the subjects & 60% in each subject.
  • Mandatory subject: Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, & Mathematics with adequate proficiency in English.
  • Appearing: Appearing candidates will be also eligible for the examination.

BITSAT 2021 Slot Booking

BITSAT 2021 Slot Booking process has been started after the completion of application process. It has been started from 17th July 2021. To book the slot, candidates have to go to the website.

Authority has provided a direct link on website. Candidates have to choose exam date & time between the given time & date period.  Students have to enter application number, date of birth, email ID & other required details to book exam slots.

BITSAT 2021 Admit Card

To download BITSAT Admit Card, candidates have to use their login credentials as mail ID, username, application number, & password. It has been published on website via online mode. Hall ticket has been published on 17th July 2021.

It is mandatory for all applied candidates to carry admit card at the examination center. No candidates are allowed to sit for the exam without hall ticket & one valid ID proof. It will contain all the details like candidates name, roll number, exam date & timing, and all other important instructions.

BITSAT Exam Pattern

Candidates must go through following details regarding BITSAT Exam Pattern:

  • Exam Mode: BITSAT 2021 examination will be organized via online (computer-based) mode.
  • No. of questions: There will be total 150 questions in the examination.
  • Question Type: The Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) will be asked in the examination.
  • Medium: Question paper will be in English language medium.
  • Parts: The question paper will consist of 4 parts.
  • Time Duration: Candidates will get 3 hours to complete the examination.
  • Marking scheme: Each correct answer will consist of 3 marks.
  • Negative marking: 1 mark will get deduct for each incorrect answer.

BITSAT 2021 Syllabus

The BITSAT examination will consist of NCERT class 11th & 12th syllabus. BITSAT syllabus will consist of topics as Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Mathematics, Logical Reasoning, and English Proficiency. Some of the topics under all subjects will be as:

  • Physics: Topics under Physics will be as units & measurement, rotational motion, mechanics of solid, Heat & thermodynamics, rotational motion, etc.
  • Chemistry: The various topics will be as atomic structure, states of matter, physical & chemical equilibrium, s & p-block elements, principles of organic chemistry, hydrocarbons, and much more.
  • Mathematics: Some of the topics will be as algebra, trigonometry, three-dimensional geometry, differential calculus, linear programming, etc.
  • English Proficiency: Vocabulary, Grammar, Reading Comprehension, Analogy, and Composition.
  • Logical Reasoning: Verbal reasoning- Analogy, Classification, reading passage, and many others. Non-verbal reasoning- Figure Matrix, paper cutting, rule detection, and many other topics.

BITSAT 2021 Preparation Tips

  • Make proper exam schedule & strictly follow it.
  • Solve previous year question & sample paper.

  • Keep atleast last one week for revision.

Exam Centers

BITSAT 2021 exam will be held in various centers. Some of the centers list will be Agra, Bhopal, Chennai, Delhi, Dubai campus of BITS (International center), Gorakhpur, Gurgaon, Gwalior, Jammu, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur, Pilani campus of BITS, Tirupati, Vijayawada, Mangalore, Bareilly, and many more.

Candidates choosing Dubai will not be allowed to opt. for any other center, and will be allotted Dubai only as their exam center.

    1. Applying for BITSAT 2021 as an “appearing” candidates will not gonna require any certificate, so you have to select the appearing option instead of passed from the education qualification section.
