IISER 2022 Seat Allotment has been released on 5th October 2022 for fifth round. Institutes of Science Education & research (IISER) is a government established institution across the country for education in BS and BS-MS Dual Degree Programs. The admission process for IISER is regulated through KVPY, JEE, and SCB, channel respectively. Shortlisted candidates can get admission in various offered programs of IISER Tirupati, Mohali, Bhopal, Berhampur, Kolkata, Pune and Thiruvananthapuram campuses. IISER 2022 Application Form

Following are the complete details with some key instruction regarding the IISER Application Form 2022:

• Application Form has been released through online mode.
• IISER 2022 Application Form has been released for eligible candidates only, so candidates must confirm their eligibility before applying for IISER.
• The Application form submission process has been started from 25th May 2022 for SCB channel.
• Application form for KVPY & JEE advance channel has been started from 11th September 2022.
• The details filled by the candidates in the application form will be same as it appears in their 10^th mark sheet, any alteration can cause rejection of application form.
• Candidates should read the complete instruction on the website regarding the application form before filling it.
• The IISER 2022 Application form remains open till 15th June 2022 for SCB channel.
• Candidates can fill the application form till 15th September 2022 for JEE Advanced and kVPY channel.
• Candidates can make correction in the application form from 17th to 18th June 2022.
• Category correction has been started from 26th July 2022 for the candidates, who have mistaken in category.
• Candidates are advised to keep the printout of filled application form and fee receipt for future references.

Application Fee:

Application from fee submission process can be done by using the Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and other online payment gateways. Candidates must have to submit the application fee as per their category.

IISER Admission Eligibility Criteria

Following are the list of eligibility norms candidates must satisfy to be eligible for the IISER 2022:

For KVPY Channel:

• Candidates should have valid score in the KVPY fellowship commencing for year 2022-2023.
• Applicant must have the scored more than prescribed cut off marks for KVPY channel.

For JEE Main Channel:

• Candidates must have qualified the JEE advanced examination in the academic year of 2022-23.
• Applying candidates will have to obtain rank within 10000 in Common Rank List (CRL)

For SCB Channel:

• Candidates should have passed 10+2 intermediate or its equivalent examination from any recognized board.
• Candidates must have scored the required percentages (Marks) in the qualifying examination to be eligible for admission.
• Appearing candidates can also apply for the examination, but they will have to submit the proof of passing the examination.

 IISER 2022 Exam Pattern

Here following are the complete exam pattern for IISER 2022 Examination:

• Mode of Examination: IISER 2022 will be organized through online mode.
• Number of Questions: There will be total 60 Questions in the question paper.
• Duration: 3 hours will be allotted for solving the IISER 2022 question paper.
• Marking Scheme: Each correct answer will be of consist of total 3 marks and 0.75 mark will get deduct for every wrong answer. For unanswered question 0 marks will be awarded.

FAQs (Frequently Asked Question)

IISER 2022 Admit Card

Admit card has been released by the exam conducting authority for every successfully registered candidate individually through online mode. Candidates are able to download their admit card from 26th June 2022.

Authority will not send any admit card to any candidates individually through by post or any other offline mode. Candidates will have to download their admit card by entering the required details.

IISER 2022 Answer Key

Answer key has been released by the exam conducting authority after few days from the completion of examination. Candidates are able to check the provisional answer key on 18th July 2022 through online mode. Objection facility is provided till 20th July 2022.

Authority has also provided the objection facility for answer key. Candidates are able to raise their objection on the answer key within the given time period. The final answer key has been released after the completion of objection facility.

IISER Admission 2022 Result

Result has been declared by the exam conducting authority after few days from the completion of examination. Authority has declared the IISER result for every exam participated candidates individually through online mode.

Candidates are able to check their result on 12th August 2022. The result has been made available on the website of exam conducting authority. Candidates are advised to keep their admit card safe till the completion of admission procedure.

IISER Admission 2022 Cut Off

Cut off will be the minimum marks set by the authority for considering the candidates qualified and fail. Each exam participated candidate will have to score more than the prescribed cut off marks to be eligible for the further admission procedure.

IISER 2022 Counselling

Counselling procedure is conducted by the exam conducting authority for every exam qualified candidate from September 2022. Authority conducts the counselling procedure for every channel separately in various rounds.

Seat allotment for first round has been released on 23rd August 2022 for SCB channel. Second round of seat allotment has been released on 6th September 2022. Seat allotment for second round has been released on 20th September 2022.

Seat has been allotted to the candidates on the basis of their performance in the entrance examinations. Candidates also have to bring their original documents at the document verification round.
