Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for admissions in UG and PG courses is given below:

Diploma Courses

The candidates must be 10th or 12th passed from a recognized board.

The candidate must score a minimum 45 to 50% marks.

For Bachelor Courses:

To get admissions in bachelor courses, candidates must complete 10+2 or equivalent exam in any stream from any recognized board.

For Master Courses

For admissions into master courses, you should hold a bachelor degree in the relevant field from any recognized college or university.

Admission Process

The admission in designing courses is offered on the basis of entrance exams. The National Institute of Design (NID) conducts NID DAT 2025 (Design Aptitude Test) Prelims and Mains for providing admissions in various UG and PG courses in the field of design.

  17. i am a commerce grad and have completed interior design diploma from an institute. I have worked as a designer in a modular kitchen company for about little less than 2 years. I left the job because of the demanding nature of it.Now there was a career gap of 2.5 years .     1. Just complete your BCA degree first and then go with your interest. painting and drawing may be a part of your hobby. As far as a career you can choose that later, but raise your professional career first.

    1. The field is open after 12th but for that you should do hard work and get healthy marks. You can do Graduation in Interior Designing (BA – ID).
