AIIMS Nursing 2023 Cut Off
The AIIMS Nursing 2023 Cut Off will be released category-wise for the candidates after few days from the completion of the examination. The AIIMS Nursing cut-off 2023 will be released online mode on the website of the exam conducting authority.
Candidates have to secure minimum cut off marks to qualify the examination. On the basis of the cut-off marks candidates will be called for counselling procedure.
AIIMS Nursing 2023 Result
The result of AIIMS Nursing 2023 has been released through online mode. Result has been published separately for B.Sc. Hons. Nursing, B.Sc. Post Basic Nursing & M.Sc. Nursing course. The candidates are chosen for counselling based on the scores attained in the written test.

AIIMS Nursing 2023 Counselling
The AIIMS Nursing 2023 Counselling procedure is begin after the announcement of the result. The counselling is held by the exam conducting authority for the selected candidates. The counselling process is commenced for the shortlisted candidates.
The counseling has been started from 25th July 2023 for B.Sc. Hons. nursing courses. It has been started for M.Sc. nursing courses from 14th July 2023. It is starting soon for B.Sc. Post Basic Nursing course. Candidates have to provide their choices for AIIMS at the time of counselling. Candidates attain the seats based on the performance.
The process of counselling allows the candidates to choose their preferred institutions. At the time of counselling, the candidate needs to carry some of the important documents for the verification round.

How to Register for AIIMS Nursing?
- Visit the website of AIIMS Nursing 2023.
- Registration can be done in two steps – Basic Registration & Final Registration.
- In the basic registration candidates have to fill their basic details – DOB, name, gender, category, etc.
- Candidates have to generate their unique code after successfully completing their basic registration.
- At the time of final registration, candidates have to make choice of exam centers and pay online application fee. Application fee can be paid through debit card/ credit card/ net banking modes.
- After fee payment, final status of application can be checked by students whether application is accepted or rejected.
- Print the application form and fee receipt for further use in admission procedure.
AIIMS Nursing 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Given below is complete AIIMS Nursing eligibility criteria 2023 which must be followed while applying for the different nursing courses:
For B.Sc Nursing (Post-Basic):
- The candidate must have completed the HSC (12th) examination or some other examination equivalent to it. Those students passed their 11th on or before 1987 are also eligible.
- The candidate must be holding a diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery.
- Applying candidate must be registered as a Nurse, Registered, Registered Nurse (RN), or Midwife (RM), with the state Nursing Council.
- In case of male nurses, (if passed before implementation of new integrated course in 2003) should have a certificate of GN and Training in Midwifery for a period of six months).
For B.Sc (Hons) Nursing:
- The applying candidate must be a citizen of India.
- The candidate’s minimum age is 17 years at the time of admission, and it is fixed by the exam conducting authority.
- Candidate must have completed their HSC examination or its equivalent from a recognized board with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects.
- Candidates in the qualifying exam must have obtained 55% marks for general/ EWS/ OBC candidates (50% for reserved candidates.)
- Only female candidates can apply.
For M.Sc Nursing:
- Applying candidates will be required to hold a degree in B.Sc Nursing (Post-Certificate/ B.Sc. (Hons.)/ Post Basic/ B.Sc. Nursing.
- Candidates who belong to the general category must have to obtain at least 60% marks in the examination.
- Candidates who belong to the reserved category (ST/ SC) candidates must have to obtain at least 55% of marks in total in the examination.
AIIMS Nursing 2023 Admit Card
The admit card for AIIMS Nursing 2023 has been released on 19th May 2023 for B.Sc. Post Basic nursing & M.Sc. nursing course & has been released on 2nd June 2023 for B.Sc. Hons. Nursing course. The admit card has been released for registered candidates only. The registered candidates can download the admit card on the website.
Candidates have to login to download the admit card. After entering the login details the admit card will be displayed on the screen. Candidates need to take the printout of the admit card for the examination day. The AIIMS Nursing Admit card 2023 is the most important document which enables the candidate to participate in the examination.
If the candidate does not carry the admit card to the examination center then he/she will not be allowed to participate in the examination. The admit card contain some important guidelines that candidates must follow on the day of the examination.
AIIMS Nursing 2023 Exam Pattern
Following is the AIIMS Nursing exam pattern 2023 for the entrance examination:
- Mode of Exam: The examination will be conducted via online mode only.
- Duration: For B.Sc. Hons Nursing, candidates will be given 2 hours. For M.Sc. Nursing & B.Sc. Post Basic Nursing, 1 hour 30 minutes will be given to solve the paper.
- Medium: For B.Sc. Hons. & Post Basic nursing, it will be held in English & Hindi both languages while for M.Sc. Nursing, it will be conducted only in English medium.
- Types of Questions: The question paper will consist of Multiple -Choice Questions (MCQs).
- Sections: The question paper will be divided into four sections.
- Marking Scheme: The candidate will receive 1 mark for every correct answer.
- Negative Marking: There will be a deduction of 1/3 marks for every incorrect response.
