Yes, the CAT entrance exam form can be edited after submission, but not all the fields are editable. Candidates who have received a form submission confirmation message via email or a message “Your CAT 2025 Application Form is Submitted” can edit their forms.
Candidates are able to correct their photograph, signature, and test cities. If a candidate tries to change any other field that is not allowed or tries to log in multiple times, the website might show you error.
How to Fill CAT 2025/ 2026 Application: Complete Guide
The CAT correction window will open for 04 days. Last year, the CAT 2024 application correction was held from September 27 to September 30, 2024.
The last date to apply for CAT 2025 was 13th September 2025, which was then extended to 20th September 2025. Once the registration window is closed after a few days authority will provide candidates with the application correction facility.
For this session, CAT 2025 correction started on 04th October 2025, and the last date to apply is 07th October 2025 till 05:00 PM. The correction link is activated at iimcat.ac.in
The exam will take place on 30th November 2025, and the authority will release the CAT admit card on 05th November 2025 only for those candidates whose application form has been accepted by the authority.
