Besides colleges & institutions, there are some PSUs that consider the CLAT scores for recruiting law students as legal advisers. Below, we have given the list of PSUs that accepts CLAT scores:

CLAT 2026 Counselling

Only candidates who clear the CLAT exam are eligible to take part in the counselling session. CLAT 2026 was held on 7th December 2025 and candidates can view results on 16th December 2025. CLAT 2026 Counselling is conducted for admission into UG & PG programmes.

The admission is provided through centralized counselling. The counselling process takes place in four rounds through online mode. Candidates scoring rank cards on the merit list must participate in the counselling.

All qualified candidates must participate in the counselling process. The seat allotment is done based on rank secured, candidate’s choices, and seat availability in colleges.

Documents required for CLAT 2026 Counselling

Below is the list of documents that will be required at the time of CLAT session 2026 counselling:

• 10th & 12th Marksheet
• CLAT 2026 Admit Card
• Birth certificate
• LLB/equivalent degree marksheet (for PG candidates)
• Character certificate and caste certificate
• Transfer/migration certificate
• PwD/SAP certificate
• Domicile/residence certificate
• Any other supporting documents

Candidates who fail to submit all the required documents their admission will be cancelled. It is advisable after giving the exam to start collecting the required documents.
