UPES offers admission in engineering on the basis of various entrance examinations like JEE Main, CUET and SAT scores. Students can appear in these examinations to get admission in courses offered by UPES. UPES Engineering Aptitude Test is a university level exam, which is organized by the UPES, Dehradun.
UPESEAT is a university level examination organized from 22nd to 24th January 2026 for phase 1, from May to June 2026 for phase 2 and in June 2026 for phase 3. This exam is a gateway for providing admission to B.Tech courses offered in various specializations.

UPESEAT Admit Card 2026 (For JEE Aspirants)
Candidates can get the JEE Main hall ticket 2026 only through online mode. No offline method will be entertained to provide the admit card.
It will be a mandatory document to appear in the JEE Main 2026 exam. Candidates will not be allowed to write the exam, without holding a valid admit card. Candidates are suggested to keep the admit card safe till the admission process is completed. Candidates can also apply for admission through CUET 2026 entrance test.
UPESEAT 2026 Admit Card Releasing Date
Only successfully registered candidates will be able to download the admit card. The exam conducting authority (NTA) will release the JEE Main admit card through online mode in January 2026 for first session. JEE Main exam will be conducted from 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 28th & 29th January 2026(1st Session).
UPESEAT exam is conducted will be conducted in different phases. Previous year it was from 27th to 29th April 2024 for phase 1, 1st to 3rd June 2024 for phase 2, on 13th July 2024 for phase 3 and in third week of July 2024 for phase 4.
After the examination, students will be able to check the UPESEAT result 2026 within a week through online mode.
How to Download the Admit Card
Here are all the steps to download the Admit Card:
- Visit the website of JEE Main 2026.
- Select on the link “Downloading Admit Card”.
- After clicking on the link, the login dashboard will be displayed on the screen.
- Enter the required details such as User ID and Password.
- Click on the “View” button.
- Admit card will open on the screen.
- Examine the details carefully given on the hall ticket.
- Press on the “Download” button to download the hall ticket.
- Take a hard copy of the admit card and keep it safe till admission.
