CAT Exam Notification: The IIM Kozhikode has today, on 27th July 2025 released the CAT 2025 notification. Candidates can now check official details for the upcoming session.
The IIM CAT advertisement has been released and published in several newspapers across the country in multiple languages. However, the information available on the CAT website shall be considered final.
Interested candidates are required to meet the CAT eligibility criteria to fill out the application form. CAT is required for admission to various postgraduate and doctoral programs at the IIMs.
Is CAT notification out?
Yes, the IIM CAT notification has been released. It has all the details regarding CAT 2025 registration process, important dates, test centers, and eligibility.
CAT 2025 will be held on 30th November 2025. The authority will begin the registration on 01st August 2025, and candidates can apply till 13th September 13th (5:00 PM).
Admit cards for the eligible candidates will be released on November 05 and candidates will be able to download them till November 30th, 2025.
The result will be released in the first week of January 2026. Candidates will be able to download it from the official website once released.

While applying, candidates are required to pay an application fee. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwD categories are required to pay ₹1300 and ₹2600 for all other categories of candidates. While paying the fees, candidates are required to pay them once, irrespective of the number of institutes he/she is applying for.
IIM CAT examination will be held in computer-based mode in three sessions. The exam will be held in 170 test cities. Details regarding the allotted test center will be announced through the admit card.
