CAT 2026 Registration Ending Today – Apply Link Active
CAT Registration Last date 2026 is 22nd September 2026. Students are advised to not wait until last minute and apply before 5pm. The application form was released on 3rd August 2026. Official exam dates are confirmed by officials at iimcat.ac.in.
IIM Indore is organising CAT Exam 2026 online via CBT mode. The advertisement is provided on the website as well as in several newspapers in various languages. However, information posted on the online website should be considered as final.
When will CAT correction window open?
As soon as the registration portal closes, correction window opens within 2-3 days. No official date is announced for correction in application form. However, it is expected to be provided in the last week of September/ first week of October 2026.
Looking back to previous year trends, CAT 2025 registration ended on September 20, 2025. The application portal remained open for almost one and a half month. Correction window was remained open from 4th – 7th October 2025.

How to fill CAT 2026-27 Application?
- Visit online website – iimcat.ac.in
- Click on the ‘Register’ option provided.
- Go through instructions and confirm to generate login.
- Fill application, upload scanned images and submit details.
- Pay application fee (2,600 for General/ EWS/ NC-OBC & ₹1,300 for ST/ SC/ PWD).
- Print application form.

Who are Eligible for CAT 2026?
Candidates who have Bachelors degree from recognised university with minimum 50% marks are eligible. For ST/ SC, minimum marks are 45%. Those appearing in last year are also eligible.
Those holding professional qualification such as CA from ICAI/ CS from ICSI or CMA from ICMAI are also eligible.

Students planning to register for CAT 2026 exam for first time must know what documents are required during application process.
- Scanned copies of recent photographs
- Scanned copy of signature
- Marksheet (10/ 12/ UG)
- Category Certificate (if required)
- Govt. Photo Id proof (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)
- Work experience proof
