CET Delhi 2025 exam will be conducted in third week of June 2025 through online (CBT) mode. Delhi CET is a state level Common Entrance Exam conducted by Department of Training and Technical Education (DTTE). CET Delhi 2025 Application Form

How to Apply for Delhi CET 2025

- Step-1: Visit the website of Delhi CET (link will be available above).
- Step-2: Press the option “My application” from the homepage.
- Step-3: Complete the registration process by entering email ID and password and generate a login ID.
- Step-4: Fill the application form by entering personal, academic and address details.
- Step-5: Upload passport size photograph, signature and thumb impression in prescribed format.
- Step-6: Review the entered details and submit the form.
- Step-7: Make payment of specified application fee through online mode.

Delhi CET 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for exam, candidate must meet the given Delhi CET Eligibility Criteria 2025:
Diploma in Engineering:
- Qualification: One must have completed Xth standard or equivalent examination from any recognised board/university.
- Mandatory Subjects: Applying candidates must have Science, English and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in qualifying examination.
Diploma in Pharmacy:
- Qualification: Candidates must have qualified XIIth level exam from any recognised board/university.
- Mandatory Subjects: It will be mandatory to have Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics as mandatory subjects in 12th level.
CET Delhi 2025 Exam Pattern

Delhi CET 2025 Admit Card
Delhi CET Admit Card 2025 will be issued only to those candidates who fulfil the prescribed eligibility criteria. Candidates will be able to access their admit card through online mode by logging into the website. It will be made available to candidates in May/June 2025.
Candidates must ensure to keep their hall ticket safe till the admission procedure gets over. No entry inside the examination hall will be permitted without an admit card. It will contain detail like name, roll number, exam schedule and venue, instruction etc.
Delhi CET 2025 Result
The authority will announce the result of Delhi CET 2025 in second week of July 2024. It will be accessed by candidates through online mode from the website. Candidates will be able to check their Delhi CET 2025 result by entering login credentials.
Candidates will get their Delhi CET Results 2025 in form of a merit list. Based on performance of candidates in entrance exam, authority will prepare the result. No intimation letter will be sent to candidates regarding the declaration of result.
CET Delhi 2025 Merit List
After the declaration of result, authority will released Delhi CET Merit List 2025. The merit list of Delhi CET 2025 will be made available through online mode. The merit list will be prepared by authority which will consist of candidates’ rankings.
In the preparation of merit list, the performance of candidates in entrance exam and cut off marks secured will be taken into consideration. Candidates whose names will be listed in merit list have to register themselves for counselling process.
Delhi CET 2025 Cut Off
The Delhi CET Cut Off 2025 will be published through online mode after the declaration of result. Cut Off will be the minimum prescribed mark that a candidate will be required to score to get shortlisted for admission. The minimum cut off marks will be decided by authority based on various factors such as difficulty level of exam, reservation of seats, total students appearing for exam etc.
The candidates will have to meet the following cut off marks as prescribed:
- 30% for Unreserved Category
- 25% for Women/OBC/EWS Category
- 20% for SC/ST Category

Delhi CET Counselling 2025 will be started from the month of July/August 2025, tentatively. The selection of candidates will be entirely based on merit rank and scores obtained in entrance exams. Candidates will be able to check their allotment status by logging into online portal.
Candidates need to compulsorily produce original documents at the time of counselling for taking admission to various polytechnic/diploma courses. If candidates will fail to produce original documents at the time of counselling it will lead to cancellation of allotted seats and removal of candidates from participating in further Counselling procedures.
