MP NEET Counselling 2025
The counselling is based on the NEET UG 2026 entrance exam merit list. The counselling is organised for admission in 85% state quota seats of MBBS/ BDS courses. Candidates can get the detailed information on Madhya Pradesh NEET Counselling 2026 along with admission/ selection procedure.

MP NEET 2026 Counsellig

After the declaration of NEET 2026 written result, the authority will prepare the merit list for the state counselling. The counselling is conducted through online mode. The counselling is followed by the registration procedure.

Candidates have to pay the counselling fee through online mode. The counselling comprise of choice filling, choice locking, seat allotment and reporting to the allotted college. Final allotment of seats will be done after the document verification procedure. Counselling registration has been started from 5th August 2026.

Selection & Admission Procedure

  • The candidates those qualified the NEET-UG exam are considered to participate in the counselling.
  • Candidates have to register on the website for counselling and choice filling. Only registered candidates are considered for participating in the counselling.
  • After the registration, the choice filing link is generated as per the schedule in which candidates have to fill the choice of college and lock them.
  • Allocation of seats will be done on the basis of category, NEET merit list, availability of seats in the college and the choices filled by the candidates.
  • Candidates must download the seat allotment letter and report to the allotted college along with all necessary documents after the allotment of seats.

Reservation Criteria

The seats are reserved in each participating college in the state medical and dental courses. The reservation criteria is fixed by the state government. The reservation of seats for the candidates of MP state is as follows:

  • ST: 20%
  • SC: 16%
  • OBC: 14%
  • PwD candidates: 3%
  • Wards of Military Person: 3%
  • Freedom Fighters: 3%
  • Female Candidates: 30%

Document Required

Candidates must have these documents in original at the time of admission. Only on verification of all documents, the candidates get admission.

  • 10th Mark Sheet (for proof of age)
  • Category Certificate (for MP state candidates)
  • Domicile Certificate
  • Notarized Affidavit (for appearing candidates)
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Passport-size Photographs
  • Registration Fee Receipt
  • NEET Rank Card, etc.
