JNU Admission 2017: JNUEE, Admit Card, Exam Pattern, Syllabus
Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Exam (JNUEE 2017) is a university level entrance examination that is managed by the Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi. This entrance exam is conducted for admission to undergraduate, postgraduate and Ph.D programmes offered by JNU. This exam is held once in a year. JNU 2017 Admit Card has been released. Candidates are informed that Kathmandu exam centre has been cancelled for JNUEE & CEEB examination. Candidates who have opted for Kathmandu exam centre may make necessary arrangements to appear at Gorakhpur exam centre.

JNU 2017 Admit Card
Candidates can download their admit card from the conducting body official site (link is given above). The JNU Entrance Exam 2017 Admit Card has been published on 21st April 2017. The candidates bring the admit card to the examination centre with a copy of latest passport size photograph. Candidate will get their admit card by entering their registration number and Date of Birth.
JNUEE 2017 Application Form
The candidate can get the application form via online process. The JNU 2017 Application Form was available on the website from 21st March 2017. The last date for online registration was 5th April 2017 . Candidates will get an option to apply for maximum of three fields of study of their choice for the same level of programmes through the same application form. Before the final submission of online application form, candidates must be ready with the scanned documents of photograph and signature. They have to upload their recent scanned colored photograph and signature in JPG format. Resolution of photograph should be 150×200 pixels and size will be between 20-50 KB. Size of signature should be between 10-20 KB. The maximum file size for Photo and Signature is 50 KB. The application correction facility was available till 7th April 2017.
Candidates can pay the application fee through online mode. The fee can be paid through debit/credit card or net banking.

JNUEE Eligibility Criteria
Here, we are providing the eligibility criteria for various programmes.
- Candidates who will apply for the M.Phil./Ph.D. programme, have to be passed their master’s degree with at least 55% marks in the concerned language/subject.
- Those candidates applying for the MA course, have to be completed their bachelor’s degree in any discipline under 10+2+3 pattern of education with at least 55% marks.
- Candidates who want to appear in the B.A. (Hons.) 2nd year, they have to be qualified first year of bachelor’s degree or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto.
- Candidates those want to apply for B.A.(Hons.) 1st Year, they have to be passed the senior school certificate (10+2) or equivalent examination.

JNU Entrance Exam Pattern
The JNU Entrance Exam 2017 exam pattern for various courses will be different that includes the total number of questions, exam duration, total marks and marking scheme. The question paper of the entrance examination will comprises of Multiple Choice question. The exam pattern is given as below:
PhD: The PhD entrance test for applicants appearing for JNU 2017 is to evaluate the awareness of a candidate in the particular specialized area of his/her interest. The written test will consist analytical and critical appraisal type questions.
M.SC: Applicants have to go through the topics of physics, physical chemistry and mathematics of B.Sc level. The test will consist of objective type questions.
MCA: Questions will be of objective types and will consist of questions related to Computer application and information technology.
M.Tech: All questions will be of multiple choice types. The question paper will be divided into two parts. The first part will consist of questions in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology and the second part will consist of questions in following specialization of Biology and Bioinformatics, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics/ Statistics, Engineering Sciences.
M.A: Candidates will be examined in the subjects and specialization in the standard B.A course.
BA (Honors): This general aptitude test will consist of objective type questions and short answers. The entrance test for BA (Honors) Foreign Languages will consist of sections of General Knowledge, General English and Elementary Knowledge.

JNU Entrance Syllabus
The syllabus of the entrance exam will be different as per the different courses. Th detailed syllabus will be prescribed by the conducting authority on the date of notification.
JNU 2017 Result
JNU 2017 Result will be published on 23rd June 2017 (tentative). The conducting authority displayed the result on the official portal. After the result declaration, the selected candidate will be called for the Viva-Voce. Candidates will also inform through email. Candidate will be selected on the basis of the written test.
After the result declaration and Viva-Voice, separate merit lists will be prepared according to the courses. The merit list without viva-voice will be posted on the official site on 7th July 2017 (tentative). And the merit list viva voice is prescribed will be provided on 14th July 2017 (tentative). On the basis of merit list, the candidate will be called for the admission process. There is no procedure of the counselling process.

Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi is the main authority which organizes a university level examination. This examination is called as Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Exam (JNUEE 2018). JNU Admission Procedure 2017
