How to Retrieve Forgotten Registration Password
Following are the steps which will help candidates to recover their registration password:
- Step 1 : Visit the UGAT homepage.
- Step 2 : Now click on the ‘Forget Password’ tab.
- Step 3 : Enter the registered Email Id & mobile number.
- Step 4 : An OTP will be sent to the candidate’s registered ID & number.
- Step 5 : Now enter the ‘OTP’ in the given option.
- Step 6 : Now an option will be provided to create a new password.
- Step 7 : Once candidates successfully change their password they will get a confirmation on the new page.

Important Points to Remember on Exam Day
Some of the instructions mentioned on admit card which must be followed by exam conducting authority will be as follows:
- Candidates have to report to the test centre at least 90 minutes before the beginning of the test.
- One should read all the instructions given on the admit card carefully.
- It is important for candidates to carry hard copy of UGAT admit card on the day of examination along with original ID proof.
- Candidates have to carry written material like ball point pen, eraser, sharpener, and HB pencils.
- The admit card should be double checked and signed by the examiner during the examination.
